We make square, deep-dish pizzas with thick, airy bases and crispy, caramelised cheese edges - baked the way Detroit intended.
Our dough is hand-made onsite and slow-fermented, baked until golden, then finished with bold toppings and signature sauce layered on top for maximum flavour in every slice.
